Shipping & Returns
We arrange freight for our customers in New Zealand and Overseas, obtaining at least two quotes to find the most economical going rate either by carrier for larger items or courier for smaller items. To the best of our ability we ensure that our items are carefully packed, especially if fragile, prior to transit. Alternatively, the customer can make their own freight arrangements.
Our policy is to provide a full refund if the item in question has been wrongly described and the customer is not happy with it as a result.
If damage occurs in transit we will liase with the carrier or courier to ensure that any damage is repaired if practicable or a refund is made. In each case the item in question must be returned to us first before any refund is made and we have been notified of the specific problem.
